shows wear from use including some stains on the back of the fabric. The underside of the collar is marked "Hand Made In India", and "Baar & Beards, Inc., N.Y." When the two ends are held together, the inside diameter of the collar measures approximately 4 inches in diameter, and the outside diameter measures approximately 7 inches in diameter.
