    Up for Sale is a Hardwick-Hindle inc., 40 Ohms Rheostat.  It is Type H-50A , so it is a 50 Watt Rheostat 1-5 - .75 amp.  It has a cool folding handle included and is about 2-1/2" in diameter.  I don't know about this, because it came in a box of items I purchased at an estate sale.  I thought I would use it on one of my Steampunk Lamp Projects, but never got around to it.
    This is part of my treasure of vintage parts I've been collecting over the years....
    I use them for making my steampunk lamps and art.  I love the patina, but you can also clean these with a wire wheel to showcase the original bright brass.  These are sold in Michigan, so they will be shipped out the day after you purchase them.
    I have Lots of Black Pipe and Brass Hardware for sale, including Pipe Nipples, Fittings, Machine Screws, Nuts, Washers and a huge amount of vintage and antique lamp parts (mostly Brass).  I'm clearing out the shop and getting ready for a retirement relocation....
